PAYMENT AT PICKUP LOCATION

IFESOLOX is officially introducing the PAYMENT AT PICKUP LOCATION in Nigeria.

The PAYMENT AT PICKUP LOCATION is a payment method that allows the customer to make payments for packages at the Pickup location of choice. It is an excellent alternative to our DELIVERY options.

Placing PAYMENT AT PICKUP LOCATION orders: Select the product of your choice, proceed to checkout and choose PICKUP. Pick the PAYMENT AT PICKUP payment option, Fill in your correct contact information and Place your orders.

MODALITY: Once an order is placed using the PAYMENT AT PICKUP LOCATION option, the package is shipped from our warehouse to the PICKUP location. Expected Pickup times may vary depending on the Pickup location chosen. The time frames will be displayed at checkout. 

On arrival at the Pickup location, the package is registered and a notification is sent to your contact details to inform you that the package is ready for Pickup.

Please ensure that you have a viable means of making payments when visiting the Pickup location as the package will not be released until there is a confirmation of payment at the Pickup location. 

REQUIREMENTS FOR PICKUP: We only require basic information to confirm your package and speedup the Pickup process. We require the Order Number, Name and Phone number on the package.

PAYMENT METHODS: CASH, TRANSFERS and CARDS are all acceptable means of payments at the Pickup location. Goods are only released to the customer after the confirmation of payments.
