Politique de remboursement
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns, for any reason whatsoever, after the returns period has lapsed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@ifesolox.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Wrong item
- Packaging was damaged
- Item received broken or defective
- Item received with missing parts or accessories
- Item stopped working well after usage
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- We do not accept returns of customized items, that is goods made, configured or inscribed to your specification (e.g. personalized engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving or printing).
- We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note that we do not currently support trade-ins or swap options.
REFUNDS
When returning an item for any reason, you must do so in the exact condition you received it from IFESOLOX, with its original packaging and all tags and labels attached (e.g. new televisions should be returned within the original television box; and seals on items including audio or video recordings or software must not be removed). Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so do make sure they are packaged properly and can't get damaged on the way.
You must not include in the packaging with the returned item any item not pertaining to the returned item as originally received from IFESOLOX. You must entirely delete and eliminate all personal data pertaining to you and/or any third party which may be possibly present in an item, and de-latch any account possibly latched to the item. IFESOLOX will not be responsible for any items erroneously contained within a returned package, or for any data breach resulting from failure to eliminate personal data contained in a returned item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take 2 to 5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
REJECTED RETURN AND REFUND REQUESTS AND FORFEITURE
All items are inspected on return to verify the return reasons provided. If your return request is not approved by IFESOLOX, you shall not receive any refund of the purchase price or the delivery fees, and we will make 2 attempts to redeliver within 3 business days intervals.
If both re-delivery attempts are unsuccessful, we will immediately notify you that we will hold the item for a further 30 days from the date of the initial notification. Our notification will include details about pick up location and opening hours.
If you do not collect the item within the required period, you shall forfeit the item. In other words, the item shall become IFESOLOX property and IFESOLOX may dispose of it in any manner that it determines appropriate; e.g. by sale, charitable donation, recycling or destruction.
