Netflix and prime Video works just fine

The TV was delivered safely to my apartment here in VI. I've used it for 3 days now and it works just fine. Signed in my Netflix account and my friends prime Video so I have lots of content. Kudos to the delivery team

Outdated SmartTV Software

The TV is good and in perfect condition. Works very well with a superb viewing experience. However, the smart tv software is outdated, and there was no way to update. I contacted Toshiba and was informed they don't have an updated software as it is an old model and no longer supported.
I use a streaming device for the smart tv features.
Otherwise, every other thing is great and a good buy.
